. Four Vice Presidents and an administrative office assist the President in formulating and implementing the policies and programmes of the organization. The President is the highest executive authority of the BGMEA.

The BGMEA is committed to protecting the interests of its members, mainly readymade garments (RMG) manufacturers who rely on it to advocate private sector-led economic growth.
