Led by BGMEA President Mahmud Hasan Khan, a delegation met with Professor Dr. S.M.A. Faiz, Chairman of the University Grants Commission (UGC), at his office in Dhaka on 6 November 2025.

The meeting was attended by BGMEA Senior Vice President Inamul Haq Khan, Vice President (Finance) Mijanur Rahman, Directors Faisal Samad, A.B.M. Shamsuddin, Chairman of the BUEFT Affairs Committee Mejbah Uddin Ali, and former directors.

During the meeting, they exchanged views on various issues concerning the education and garment sectors.
