The 3rd BGMEA Cup Inter-garment Seven-a-side football tournament kicked off 20 February at International Turkish Hope School in Uttara.
BGMEA President Md. Siddiqur Rahman inaugurated the tournament.
Former BGMEA President Md. Atiqul Islam, Incumbent BGMEA Vice President (Finance) Mohammed Nasir and Directors were present at the inaugural ceremony of the football tournament.
Bando by Laila Group beat Musk Trousers by 3-0 goals in the opening match.
Sixteen 16 renowned garment companies in Bangladesh are participating in the tournament organized by BGMEA.
The final match of the football tournament will be held at the Army Stadium on 2 March, which will be telecast live on GTV.
