The RMG  industry  has  been  facing  serious  problems  due-to  the strike called by the Prime Mover Trailers at the Chittagong port, BGMEA President Md. Siddiqur Rahman said at a press conference yesterday.
He requested the Commerce Ministry, the Shipping Ministry, the Road Transport and Bridges Ministry,and the Chittagong Port Authority to reach a consensus on breaking deadlock at the port. The BGMEA President also request theowners and workers of Prime Mover Trailers for cooperation in this regard.
BGMEA Senior Vice President Faruque Hassan and President of Bangladesh Freight Forwarders Association (BAFFA) MahbubulAnam were also present at the press conference.
