Leaders of BGMEA led by its President Md. Siddiqur Rahman held a meeting with Honorable Finance Minister AMA Muhith at the Secretariat on 31 January.
Honorable Commerce Minster Tofail Ahmed and Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu were present at the meeting.
The BGMEA leaders discussed different issues, including financial policy support, with the Ministers and sought government support for the development of the RMG industry.
Senior Secretary of the Finance Ministry Mahbub Ahmed, Senior Secretary of the Commerce Ministry Hedayetullah Al Mamoon, ndc,Secretary of the Industries Ministry Md. Mosharraf Hossain Bhuiyan, ndc and NBR Chairman Md.Nojibur Rahman attended the meeting.
BGMEA Vice President Mahmud Hasan Khan (Babu) and former President of BGMEA Abdus Salam Murshedy, among others, were also present.
