The Job Placement & Database Department, SICIP-BGMEA Program organized On-Campus Recruitment 2026 for trained participants, creating a direct pathway from skills development to meaningful employment.

We were pleased to welcome Ananta Companies, one of the leading organizations in Bangladesh’s RMG sector, as the recruiting company for this initiative. Around 100 trained candidates participated in the recruitment process, demonstrating their skills and potential through written assessments and interviews.

Arifur Rahman, Director, BGMEA attended the program as the Chief Guest, and Ms. Rumana Rashid, Director, BGMEA, was present as the Chairperson.

Following the written assessment and interview process conducted by Ananta Companies, 10 candidates were successfully selected for employment. This achievement represents another important step in our continued efforts to strengthen industry linkage, job placement, and sustainable career opportunities for SICIP-BGMEA trained participants.
